• The agreed upon date and time are then held specifically for you, so we request the courtesy of a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel. (We do not double book!)
• Charter time and location will be re-confirmed by phone the day before your charter.
• Payment must be in cash or by local check.
• If bad weather exists, Capt. Bart will try to re-book your trip if your schedule allows.
